My life and career was aimless before I started working with Eileen. I had no real idea of who I was without my old job or where I was going. I was working a corporate job that was very good in a lot of ways, but I was starting to feel like I might wake up in 20 years not recognizing myself. The problem I faced was I knew I needed to make a change, but I didn't know how to weigh my competing values and make the "right" decision. I finally came to the realization that I could swirl and swirl and keep making excuses or I could actually DO something.  Once I realized this, I finally let go of my fear of change and began taking action.

In the process of going through Eileen's program, I learned how to let go of my fears and to advocate for my needs.  I am happy to say that I finally took action and left my corporate job!  I'm now doing work that is mission-drive and calls upon my skills and my desire to make an impact in my community.  And to top it off, I negotiated my start date, my salary and some other pieces that will make this big change easier. This was a great, structured program that I know I will leverage again in my ongoing career journey.
